1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ma777 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ma777 website, mobile site and all games, betting markets, promotions and services made available through the platform. By creating an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with ma777. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered through the platform. ma777 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility

To open and use a ma777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. ma777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage, including after an account has been registered.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ma777 operates a strict 21+ policy. Any player found to be under 21 at the time of registration or use will have their account permanently closed and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated bots, and persons acting as proxies for another individual may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information, including your real full name, date of birth and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling or subject to any court order, regulatory direction or legal restriction that would prohibit you from gambling. If you have voluntarily self-excluded via the ma777 platform or via any recognised gambling self-exclusion scheme, you must not attempt to re-register.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Where ma777 identifies that a player holds or has attempted to hold more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different one — all associated accounts will be suspended pending review and any pending withdrawals may be voided. ma777 uses automated detection tools to identify duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. ma777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials.

• You must notify ma777 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• ma777 reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification checks at registration, before processing withdrawals or at any other time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated time may result in account suspension.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ma777 will attempt to notify the account holder before classifying an account as dormant.
• ma777 may close or suspend an account at its discretion where it determines, on reasonable grounds, that a player has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity or poses a risk of harm to the platform or other users.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ma777 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking and other methods listed within your account dashboard. ma777 does not accept third-party deposits — the payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. ma777 will process withdrawal requests to verified accounts once the KYC process has been completed satisfactorily. ma777 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified within the account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit to the ma777 BDT wallet within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• ma777 does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges, which are outside ma777's control.
• Chargebacks — reversals of deposits initiated through a player's bank or payment provider rather than through ma777's withdrawal process — are strictly prohibited. Any player initiating a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and the matter referred for investigation.
• All winnings credited to your ma777 account are held as a balance in BDT. ma777 is not a bank and does not pay interest on account balances.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ma777 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term prevails.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ma777 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion and to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirement before any withdrawal can be made. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• ma777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it determines that a bonus was claimed in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic bet hedging or any other form of bonus abuse.
• Promotions are intended for recreational players only. ma777 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion where it reasonably determines that the player is not participating in the spirit of the promotion.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ma777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Using or attempting to use any software, bot, script, algorithm or automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets, exploit bonus offers or gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are derived from criminal activity, or using the platform in any way that facilitates money laundering or the financing of illegal activity.
• Opening or operating more than one ma777 account simultaneously, or opening a new account after a previous account has been closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game or betting market, or sharing account credentials with another person to allow them to play on your behalf.
• Exploiting any software error, technical fault or pricing error on the platform. Where a bet or wager is accepted due to a technical error that results in an incorrect price or payout, ma777 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.

7. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of ma777.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ma777 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, system downtime, payment processing delays or any other technical failure. ma777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

ma777 is not liable for any loss or damage to your device, software or data arising from your use of the platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are secure and that you do not access the platform over an unsecured public network where your data may be at risk.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ma777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it affects player rights in relation to deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, eligibility or account closure — ma777 will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform before the change takes effect.
